Sushi Salad

Oh crap.... I am on a diet again. I was trying to make some sushi rolls but I suck at forming the sushi roll.

What you will need:

Brown rice (prepared the sushi way) email me if you need help
1/4 cup shredded nori
1/4 cup chopped raw or cured salmon

Soy sauce if you want it

Throw everything into a bowl and stir

The perfect sandwich

The perfect sandwich is different to everyone, but here is one that I made today.

In between two pieces of honey wheat bread that I slathered with creamy miracle whip, I slid a few paper thin slices of granny smith apple, a few sliced of a royal purple onion, 2 slices of black forest ham, some crisp green lettuce, a slice do provolone cheese, and just a few crispy dill pickles, all served with some sour cream and onion chips and a glass of ice cold milk.
